An introduction to the basic requirements of the thermal insulation structures of submarine pipelines，a summary of main thermal insulation pipe structure types including pipe-in-pipe structure， single-pipe structure and bunched-pipe structure， the performance and the utilization of submarine pipeline thermal insulation， as well as a brief analysis of the development trend of submarine thermal insulation pipelines are presented in this paper.submarine oil pipeline； thermal insulation structure； pipe-in-pipe structure； single-pipe structure； bunched-pipe structure1海底输油管道保温结构类型海底管道保温结构主要有管中管结构、单壁管结构 及集束管结构[1-3]。1.1 管中管结构管中管结构又称复壁管结构，是指在保温材料外部 有外套钢管的保温结构，主要由内层钢管、保温材料及 外套钢管组成。其中，内层钢管用于输送流体，外层钢 管用于提供机械防护及配重等作用，中间为保温层。由于有外套钢管的防护作用，管中管结构对于保温 材料没有特殊要求，可以应用陆上常用的保温材料[4]。 但管中管保温结构也有其缺点[5]：（1） 钢材消耗量大，外套管耗材通常为内管的 2 倍，因此有 2/3 的钢材都消耗在外套管上。（2） 敷设作业复杂，需先敷设内管，探伤合格后， 施工保温材料，然后再敷设外管，外管还需进行探伤检 测，因此敷设效率低。（3） 需对外部套管进行腐蚀防护及阴极保护。（4） 保温结构造价相对较高。 管中管保温结构在国内外已经得到了广泛的应用， 胡晓峰等：海底输油管道保温结构防腐保温国外已经可以应用于 3 000 m 水深。我国 2001 年建成的国内外第一条长距离稠油输送海底管道 （绥中 36-1 油田中心平台至绥中陆上终端海底管道） 就采用了管中 管结构。由于该管道输送的原油黏度大，且辽东湾冬季 气温低，因此停输再启动风险大。该管道自建成以来运行正常，充分体现了管中管保温结构的优势 。钢管环氧树脂涂层粘接层 聚丙烯聚丙烯泡沫1.2 单壁管结构[6
