中国计量学院 本科毕业设计(论文) 某电厂空气分级低NOx燃烧技术改造 Air classification of a power plant with low NOx Combustion Technology 学生姓名 学号 学生专业 热能与动力工程 班级 二级学院 计量测试工程学院 指导教师 讲师 某电厂空气分级低NOx燃烧技术改造 摘要:在燃煤电厂锅炉燃烧中,NOx 生成浓度高,排放量大,严重影响大气环境品质。燃煤电站锅炉NOX 的排放特性不但与燃烧技术有关,而且与煤种、炉温、锅炉容量、锅炉结构以及运行参数等因素有关。对电站锅炉NOX 生成原理和降低NOX 排放浓度的途径进行了介绍,通过对锅炉内采用低NOX 燃烧器、燃料分级燃烧以及空气分级燃烧等几种低NOX 燃烧技术的分析,得出采用空气分级降低NOX的排放是目前证明的最简便、投资最省的手段。具体到本课题就是通过某电厂实际使用情况,现场了解采用空气分级后不同的二次风配风情况下,NOx排放特性以及燃尽风开度对NOx排放特性的影响。大量的炉膛温度数据表明,改造后炉膛温度场保持正常。SOFA开度对锅炉NOx排放量有直接影响且SOFA风大小变化后炉膛出口烟温和排烟温度无大幅变化,主燃区无超温。二次风配风调整对NOx排放量影响有限。氧量过高会使火焰上移,进而造成炉膛出口烟温和排烟温度偏高,运行时应注意氧量控制。 关键词:燃煤锅炉;NOX;空气分级;SOFA。 中图分类号:TP2 Air classification of a power plant with low NOx Combustion Technology Abstract: In the coal-fired power plant boiler combustion, NOx formation at high concentrations, emissions volume, seriously affecting the quality of atmospheric environment. NOX emissions from coal-fired boilers, its combustion characteristics not only including technology, but also coal, furnace, boiler capacity, boiler structure or operating parameters or other factors. Generated on the principle of utility boilers and reduce NOX and NOX emission concentration means were introduced to the boiler through the use of low-NOX burners, staged combustion of fuel and combustion air staging some low NOX combustion technology, and analyze the use of air grading to reduce NOX emissions is to prove the most effective measures to reduce NOX emissions. Specific to this issue is through the actual use of a power plant, the scene at different secondary air with the wind case, NOx emission characteristics, and SOFA opening of the NOx emission characteristics. A large number of furnace temperature data show that the transformation of low-NOx burners, the furnace temperature remained normal.
