企财险附加承保条件不同保险条款

兹经双方约定，被保险人的分支机构在其所在地当地无法获得相关保险，或当地的同类保险（不是主险）在保险范围及保额上与本保险相比存在差距的，本保险将按照约定内容承担未重复承保部分的限制及扩展责任。

保险期间内，任何在本条款（不是主险）生效时已经生效的当地保单继续有效，且在续保或重置此类保单时的限制将不高于获取现行保单时的限制。

每一约定区域内发生的损失应被视为独立的损失来适用免赔额。

由单次事故引起的营业中断损失，即使发生损失的区域不止一个，仍应被视为单一损失。本附加条款与主条款内容相悖之处，以本附加条款为准；未尽之处，以主条款为准。

DifferenceinConditions(DIC)Clause

Itisunderstoodandagreedthatinterritorieswheretheinsured’ssubsidiarycompaniesdonotand/orcannotarrangelocalcoverageorwheresuchlocalcoverageasdoesexist(notbeingaPrimaryPolicy)isdeficientinextentoramountwhencomparedwiththecoverageprovidedhereby,thisPolicyshalloperatetothelimitsandextentcontainedherein,butonlyforanyaspectofthelossinsuredherebyasisnotrecoverableundersuchotherpolicy.

ItisaconditionofthisPolicythatanylocalpolicyinforceattheinceptionofthisPolicy(notbeingaPrimaryPolicy)willbemaintainedinfullforceandeffectduringthetermofthisPolicyandanyrenewalsorreplacementofsuchpolicieswillnotbemorerestrictivethanthecurrentcoverage.

Forthepurposeofapplicationofthedeductiblephysicaldamageateachlocationshallbeconsideredtoconstituteaseparateloss.

Businessinterruptionlossesarisingfromasingleeventofdamage,evenifinvolvingmorethanonelocation,shallbeconsideredtobeasingleloss.

Thisadditionalprovisionshouldoverrideanyprovisioncontentsinthemaincontractthatcontradictsthisprovision;foranythingthatisnotcoveredinthisadditionalprovisionpleaserefertotheprovisionsinthemaincontract.
