摘 要
可以说的跨国公司已经延伸到我们生活的各个领域,甚至他们的一举一动都对我国的经济都产生一定的影响。2007年经济危机的爆发就是最好的一个证明,如何找到突破口让我们的国企也走出去创立自己的品牌,在经营管理层面上我们不得不承认我们还有许多缺陷,其中有一点就是跨国公司有自己的核心思想,众所周知,核心思想就是目光远大的世界级公司一个必不可少的组成部分。例如美国惠普公司的核心思想包括“最终和关心雇员的个人利益”一条,这一条是永远不变的;沃尔玛公司的核心思想“使顾客出乎意料的满意”一条,这一条是永远不变的。随着中国加入世贸组织,我们企业开始迎接来自于世界大公司的挑战一起分享中国这块大蛋糕 ,在面临挑战的同时,新的思想也开始涌入中国,那些没实力的零散的小企业在竞争中被吞噬,对于中国的企业来说,我们不仅要提高个人能力,还要提高企业的整体竞争优势。这就要求我们的管理者必须具备创建学习型团队和系统思考的能力。最近几年我们经常说我们的国内企业在关税或受到其他国家的反倾销,我们的很多企业都很难应对跨国公司的条款,所以这给我们很大的警示,我们的企业既然选择走出国门,就必然要了解国际原则。像成沃尔玛的成功就告诉了我们要如何树立好企业的品牌效应。所以我们的企业应该在竞争中不断的完善自己,让我们也尽快加入到世界的行列之中 ,成为跨国公司的一员。

Abstract
As we known ,the Transnational corporation has been extended to all areas of our lives, even their every movement and every action-ones behavior on the economy influenced China. The Economic crisis breakthrough in 2007 is one of the best proof for our enterprises . We must find a turning point in building our own branding, we have to admit that ourselves own many defects on the business management, including point is that we have not the transnational corporations core idea, we all know, the core ideas. The core ideas is a world-class vision and an essential part of the transnational corporations core idea. For example, the core idea of ??the U.S. Hewlett-Packard, including the ultimate personal interest and concern for employees, Wal-Marts core idea of ??make the unexpected customer unexpected satisfaction With Chinas accession to the WTO, Our enterprise began to meet the challenge of large companies come from the world, and we share the interests of the Chinese with the others transnational corporation .At the same time china is faced with formidable challenges and new ideas began pouring into this place, The scattered businesses of china ,especially they have not power to compete with the transactional .The scattered of small businesses was engulfed in competition for Chinas enterprises, we must not only improve t
