摘要:
NiO纳米线和ATO纳米粉作为新型纳米材料,具有着广泛的应用前
景。本文主要研究了NiO纳米线和ATO纳米粉的制备方法和表征技术。
其中,NiO纳米线采用水热法制备,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射
电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线粉末衍射(XRD)对其进行了表征。而
ATO纳米粉则采用溶胶-凝胶法制备,通过SEM和XRD对其进行了表征。
研究发现,通过水热法制备NiO纳米线,可以得到与模板具有相似
直径的纳米线,SEM和TEM图像显示,纳米线呈现出典型的直立生长形
态,XRD图谱表明NiO纳米线峰值与纯NiO相匹配。而通过溶胶-凝胶法
制备ATO纳米粉,可以得到均匀分散、大小一致的ATO纳米粉末,其形
态呈现出团聚特征,XRD图谱表明ATO纳米粉的晶体结构为纯晶体。
本研究为进一步探讨NiO纳米线和ATO纳米粉的应用提供了实验基
础和数据支持。

Abstract:
Asnewtypesofnanomaterials,NiOnanowiresandATO
nanoparticleshavebroadapplicationprospects.Thispapermainly
studiesthepreparationmethodsandcharacterizationtechniquesofNiO
nanowiresandATOnanoparticles.Amongthem,NiOnanowireswere
preparedbyhydrothermalmethod,andwerecharacterizedbyscanning
electronmicroscopy(SEM),transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM)and
X-raypowderdiffraction(XRD).ATOnanoparticleswerepreparedby
sol-gelmethodandwerecharacterizedbySEMandXRD.
TheresearchfoundthatbypreparingNiOnanowiresby
hydrothermalmethod,nanowireswithsimilardiameterstothetemplate
canbeobtained.SEMandTEMimagesshowthatthenanowiresexhibit
atypicaluprightgrowthmorphology,andXRDspectrashowthatthe
peakofNiOnanowiresmatcheswithpureNiO.BypreparingATO
nanoparticlesbysol-gelmethod,uniformlydispersedanduniformly
sizedATOnanoparticlescanbeobtained.Themorphologyexhibits
agglomerationcharacteristics,andXRDspectraindicatethatthecrystal
structureofATOnanoparticlesispurecrystal.
Thisstudyprovidesexperimentalbasisanddatasupportforfurther
exploringtheapplicationofNiOnanowiresandATOnanoparticles.
