安尔碘宫颈栓在宫颈炎治疗中的疗效观察 赵晓辉1 吕秀萍2 刘玉珍1 韩玉春3 1 潍坊医学院 （山东 潍坊） 261042 2 潍坊医学院附属医院妇科 （山东 潍坊） 261031 3 潍坊市潍城区西城医院妇产科 261057 【摘要】目的 探讨安尔碘宫颈栓在宫颈炎治疗中的价值及最佳使用方法。方法 选择150例临床诊断为宫颈炎的患者随机分为5组（每组30例），对照组：单纯口服罗红霉素；研究组1：安尔碘擦拭宫颈管；研究组2：安尔碘擦拭宫颈管联合罗红霉素；研究组3：安尔碘宫颈栓放置宫颈管；研究组4：安尔碘宫颈栓放置宫颈管联合罗红霉素，对其治疗效果进行统计研究。结果 研究组的有效率均优于对照组（P均0.05），差异有显著意义，研究组3与研究组4的有效率均明显高于其他3组（P0.05），差异有统计学意义，研究组1与研究组2之间及研究组3与研究组4之间的有效率差异均无明显统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 安尔碘宫颈栓在宫颈炎治疗中，效果确切，方法简单，值得在临床推广应用。本地区罗红霉素治疗宫颈炎可能存在耐药现象，该引起重视。 【关键词】安尔碘；宫颈炎；罗红霉素；耐药 中图分类号：R711.74 文献标识码：B Efficiency Study on Anerdian Cervical Suppository for Treating Cervicitis ZHAO Xiao-hui1, LV Xiu-ping2, LIU Yu-zhen1, HAN Yu-chun3 1 Weifang Medical College, Weifang 261042, China; 2 Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Weifang Medical College, Weifang 261042, China; 3 Department of Gynecology ,Weifang Wei-cheng District Xicheng Hospital, Weifang 261057, China） [Abstract] Objectives To investigate the value of Anerdian cervical suppository for treating cervicitis and find the best usage method.
