摘 要 随着城市的发展和基础设施建设不断推进，加之人们对居住环境需求的不断提高，让建筑装饰行业显得越

发重要。应当加强对建筑项目管控的力度，采用合理、科学的举措，让项目管理在建筑装饰领域的功能全面发挥出

来。本文通过对建筑装饰工程项目管理的现状问题进行分析，梳理出建筑装饰工程项目管理的要点，针对其中存在

的问题提出针对性的解决措施。希望通过本次研究，可以为装饰装修工程项目管理工作提供指导意义。
