Abstract:Currently, hot-pressing machine is one of the universal equipments used in enterprises. However, the heat preservation and the deficiency of the design leads to serious heat loss in the process of production, which causes that the temperature of mould surface changes obviously, directly affecting the quality of the products and power consumption. Therefore, the cost of production increases.
At present, there are various types of heat preservation devices, mostly using insulation materials with good thermal insulation effects. The insulation devices are designed according to the structural and functional requirements of the equipment that needs heat preservation.
This design aims to preserve the heat of the hot-pressing machine mould. A mathematical model of temperature field is established in line with the temperature distribution of the hot-pressing machine. Using this as design basis, a more uniform temperature distribution field is built in the pressure chamber through adopting temperature sensor and solid state relay and temperature control meter, improving the temperature control form as well as increasing the temperature control precision.
Combined with the scattering ways and form of heat, the heat preservation and heat insulation device with double layers consists of glass fiber, aluminum silicate and supporting structure is designed and installed around the hot-pressing machine, especially the pressure chamber. Moreover, considering the operators’ security in the process of operation, the safety device with the infrared tube is designed.
