立足科技兴农 加快徐闻县现代农业的发展 作者 翁普荣 指导老师 吴泗 副教授 摘要：建设社会主义新农村，发展现代农业，是党中央、国务院近年来提出的解决“三农”问题的要求和根本措施。发展现代农业关键是要实施好科技兴农战略。近几年来徐闻县在科技兴农取得重大成效：各种新技术得到应用；新品种的引进力度得到了进一步加强；科技实验示范区初步成效。但存在许多不足，如科技投入不足；农业科技体系不完善；农民的整体科技素质低；农技协会严重缺乏。所以必须加大农业科技投入，建立和完善科技兴农机制，加强农业科技队伍建设和全方位塑造新型农民，实现科技兴农，加快实现农业现代化。 关键词：徐闻县；科技兴农；现代农业；科技体系； Accelerating the development of modern agriculture in Xuwen County by footholding agriculture through science and technology Weng Purong Abstract: Building new socialism countryside and developing modern agriculture is requirement of the fundamental measures proposed in recent years to resovle “three agriculture” by the Central Party Committee and the State Council. The development of modern agriculture is the key to successfully implement the strategy of developing agriculture through science and technology. In the last few years Xuwen County makes the significant progresses in the strengthening agriculture through science and technology:each kind of new technology has been obtained the application; The intensity of the introduction of new varieties has been further strengthened; Experimental technology demonstration zone preliminary results. But there are many insufficiencies.For example ,insufficient investment in science and technology, agricultural science and technology system less than perfect, low in farmers overall scientific and technological quality, the serious lack in ATM Association. Therefore, we must increase investment in agricultural science and technology, establishing and improving the mechanism of agriculture technology, Strengthening the building of the contingent of agricultural science and technology and shaping all the new farmers,realizing the development of the agriculture through science and technology, speeding up the realization of agricultural modernization.
