补肾化痰法联合生活方式调整治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究的中期报告 摘要：本研究旨在探讨补肾化痰法联合生活方式调整治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的中期疗效。采用随机对照前瞻性研究方法，将45例女性患者随机分为两组，治疗组22例，对照组23例。治疗组采用补肾化痰法联合生活方式调整，对照组采用口服假药，两组治疗周期均为3个月。观察两组患者体重、BMI、血脂、内分泌水平等指标变化，并对照组与治疗组之间差异进行统计学分析。结果表明，治疗组患者BMI、腰臀比、睾酮水平、雄二烯水平、甘油三酯、胆固醇、血糖等指标在治疗后较治疗前均有显著改善，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。对照组中，仅甘油三酯、胆固醇、血糖等指标在治疗后有所改善，但改善程度显著低于治疗组（P0.05）。研究表明，补肾化痰法联合生活方式调整治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征可显著改善患者的身体指标和内分泌水平，具有一定的中期疗效。 关键词：肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征；补肾化痰法；生活方式调整；中期疗效；随机对照研究 Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the mid-term efficacy of reinforcing kidney and resolving phlegm method combined with lifestyle adjustment in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted with 45 female patients, 22 in the treatment group and 23 in the control group. The treatment group received reinforcing kidney and resolving phlegm method combined with lifestyle adjustment, while the control group received placebo for 3 months. Changes in weight, BMI, blood lipid, and endocrine levels were measured and statistical analysis was performed to compare the differences between the two groups. The results showed that in the treatment group, BMI, waist-to-hip ratio, testosterone level, androstenedione level, triglyceride, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment (P 0.05). In the control group, only triglyceride, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels were improved after treatment, but the degree of improvement was significantly lower than that in the treatment group (P 0.05). The study showed that reinforcing kidney and resolving phlegm method combined with lifestyle adjustment can significantly improve the body index and endocrine levels of patients with obese PCOS, with certain mid-term efficacy.
