摘 要
互联网的交互性、实时性、丰富性和便捷性优势促使传统旅游业迅速融入网络经济的浪潮之中。现今全球电子商务交易总额中,旅游电子商务已占到1/5的份额, 成为全球电子商务的第一行业。2000年我国电子商务排在前10位的行业中,旅游电子商务居领先地位。网络作为新的旅游信息平台,为旅游业的发展提供了新的契机。
用完整的电子商务的概念来衡量旅游业电子商务的发展现状和阶段,已经成为新时代的要求。衡量的结果,我国还处于亚电子商务阶段,网站还没有成为成功的商业框架、人际关系、分配种类、赢利的一种工具。如何利用网络的巨大潜力将企业的核心业务流程、客户关系管理等都延伸到网上,使产品和服务更贴近用户,让旅游信息网成为企业资源计划、客户关系管理及供应链管理的中枢神经,实现网络对旅游业的整合,将原来市场分散的利润点集中起来,获得一种成功的旅游网站运行的商业模式,构建具有中国特色的旅游电子商务平台,具有时代意义。

Abstract
