学 士 学 位 论 文 影响反力式滚筒制动试验台的因素 汽车制动性能是汽车的主要性能之一,它的好坏将直接对汽车速度性能的发挥产生影响,同时又关系道路交通安全。因此,车辆制动性能是影响安全行车的一个重要因素,也是汽车运行安全技术条件的重要指标和必检项目。为了能够更为准确地对汽车制动性能做出评价,本文在现有制动性能检测方法研究的基础上,从汽车在台式过程中的受力分析入手,对影响反力式滚筒制动实验台的测试结果的各个因素进行探讨研究。 首先,本文介绍了汽车制动性能检测的目的意义,以及国内外现状,然后重点介绍了反力式滚筒制动实验台的基本结构、检测原理、检测方法等。并对平板式和滚筒式进行了简单的对比。 其次,对制动性能检测比较常见的滚筒反力式制动试验台进行受力分析,并对影响制动力数值大小的结构因素进行了探讨。并着重研究了试验台的当量附着系数在不同安置角时的变化情况。 再次,通过分析影响制动协调时间的试验台结构因素,从试验车速和转动惯量两个方面进行分析。提出了在路式和台式两种实验条件下得到的制动协调时间不能简单等同的观点,并对二者之间的换算关系进行了初步探讨。 关键词:制动性能,制动试验台,检测,附着系数,安置角 ABSTRACT Automotive vehicle braking performance is one of the main performance,it will directly play the car speed performance impact, while the relationship of road traffic safety. Therefore, the vehicle braking performance is affecting safe driving is an important factor, but also the car is running an important indicator of safety and technical conditions will review the project.
