摘 要
随着经济规模(和总量)飞速发展,社会用电量需求高速增长,这对电力 系统的安全性和可靠性提出了越来越高的要求,因而电力系统安全运行的保障 工作受到越来越多科研人员的关注。因此,针对鸟类对输电线路的危害,本课 题提出了一套基于物联网的高压输电线路鸟害检测与预警系统方案。
首先,分析了物联网技术在系统方案中应用的可行性;其次,分析了系统方 案采用的 3G 通信技术和嵌入式开发流程;再次,分析了点目标回波的微多普勒 效应模型,结合飞鸟散射点模型,设计了多普勒雷达头;最后,分析了光电检 测技术的工作原理,创新性地提出了本课题的系统方案和总体设计。
本课题采用微波雷达、光电探测和图像采集技术,结合多种监测方式,提 高了系统可靠性,使高压输电线路被动防鸟变为主动监测和主动驱鸟。运用先 进的无线通信技术,方便电力维护人员远程监管、维护驱鸟设施,具有较强的 功能、较高的性价比,完全可以取代传统的驱鸟设施,达到较好的驱鸟效果。

With the rapid development of economic scale(and total) and the rapid growth of demand of social power consumption, it put forward higher and higher security and reliability to power system, so it has received more and more attention from scientific researchers. Hence, for the birds do harm to transmission lines, the paper put forward a system plan to monitoring and Pre-Alarm the bird damage of the high voltage transmission line based on the internet of things.
Firstly,the paper analyzes the feasibility of application of the Internet of things technology applied in the system; Secondly, it analyzes 3G communication technology and developing processes of embedded,which are used in the system; then, it analyzes the micro-doppler effect model of target echo, combined with the birds scattering point model, designed the doppler radar head; Finally, it analyzes the working principle of photoelectric detection technology, the system scheme and the overall design are innovatively put forward in the paper.
The paper used in bird damage prevention of high voltage transmission line, it adopt the microwave radar, photoelectric detection and image acquisition technology, combined with a variety of monitoring, to improve the system reliability, and make the passive prevention the bird of the high voltage transmission line into active monitoring and active driving away the bird.
