基于网络的可重构数控装备虚拟技术研究-机械制造及其自动化专业论文.docx

l rG飞/U l rG 飞 /U 侃 / 4 摘要 为了满足动森多变的机械制造业市场的变化,许多先进生产模式和概念被提 出,其中数控装备可茧构设计是这些先进制造过程实现的基础和最要组成部分。 本文在 VC忡编程环境下实现了虚拟数控装备的囊构,并建立了虚拟重构系统的 模型测最系统和网络辅助环境。 以五轴数控加工机床为例,基于其结构特点和主要部件的运动关系的分析进 行了功能模块的划分,建立了零部件模型席及其管理体系。井以此为基础建立了 数控装备的虚拟模型,通过零部件的替换和运动抽关系的改变实现了装备的虚拟 重构。 从计算机图形学的角度研究了三维虚拟模型三角面片网格的特点,分析了模 型变换以及投影变换的原理,借助 OpenGL 图形库函数和 MFC 框架,实现从二 维屏幕坐标系到王维模型坐标系的转换,完成虚拟模型面的选择和数据信息的提 取,井运用数学工具计算出模型特征面的尺寸和相对位置关系。 为解决企业内资源的不均匀和技术交流问题,本文建立了虚拟数控装备可重 构的网络辅助环境。基于 Windows Sockets 技术和 TCPIIP 协议,使用多钱程、 多址广播等技术及异步选择机制等技术,搭建了网络通讯的平台,建立了基于服 务器/容户端框架的应用程序。实现了对话交流、文件传输、远程协助、广播澳 示和资源共事等虚拟可重构技术的辅助功能。 本文对数控装备的虚拟重构技术进行了初步的探索和基本的研究,并建立了 网络化的数控装备可锺构虚拟系统实例。 关键词: 数控装备虚拟模型建构网络多钱程 1也 1 也 iG ABSTRACT In order ωsatis命 the dynamical and complex market demand on mechanical manufacture indus町 many advanced production mode and concept were proposed. Five-axis NC equipments was taken as an example,based on their struc阳res and motion relations among the main components ,several functional modules were divided and created,and then model database of components and the management sys阳m were buih. Depending on analysis above,the virtual model of NC equipments was established and the virtual equipment reconstruction was accomplished by means of replacing components and altering the relationship among 由.e axes.
