具有强度控制功能的SMA纤维复合材料试件的制备方法研究的中期报告 摘要 本研究旨在开发一种具有强度控制功能的SMA纤维复合材料试件制备方法。在前期研究中,我们成功地合成了高性能的SMA纤维,并在此基础上制备了SMA纤维/环氧树脂的复合材料。在本期研究中,我们进一步探索了一种基于自由落体制备方法的SMA纤维复合材料试件制备方法,并探讨了其对复合材料强度的影响。 实验结果表明,使用自由落体制备方法制备的SMA纤维/环氧树脂复合材料试件具有较好的强度控制能力。通过控制SMA纤维的数量和长度,可以显著地影响试件的力学性能。在试件中添加较少量的SMA纤维可以提高试件的弯曲强度和弯曲刚度,但过多的SMA纤维会降低复合材料的力学性能。 关键词:SMA纤维;复合材料;自由落体制备;强度控制;试件 Abstract The objective of this study is to develop a method for preparing SMA fiber composite specimens with strength control function. In the previous research, we successfully synthesized high-performance SMA fibers and prepared SMA fiber/epoxy resin composite materials based on them. In this period of study, we further explore a method for preparing SMA fiber composite specimens based on a free fall method, and discuss its impact on the strength of composite materials. The experimental results show that the SMA fiber/epoxy resin composite specimens prepared by the free fall method have good strength control capability. By controlling the number and length of SMA fibers, the mechanical properties of specimens can be significantly affected. Adding a small amount of SMA fibers to the specimens can improve the flexural strength and flexural stiffness of the specimens, but too many SMA fibers will reduce the mechanical properties of the composite materials.
