SNCR/SCR联合脱硝技术在410t/h电站锅炉上的应用研究的开题报告 摘要: 随着环保意识不断增强,电力工业过去使用的高硫煤、高灰煤和低质煤等污染重的燃料逐渐被淘汰。然而,新型燃料价格昂贵,核电站缺乏、水电站的资源有限,因此仍需要使用常规燃料。常规燃料含硫量高,烟气中SO2的排放量也相应较高,直接将其排放到大气中将对环境带来严重污染。 脱硝技术是减排的重要环节之一,SNCR/SCR联合脱硝技术在电站锅炉上应用广泛,但是其适用性和优化方案需要针对不同锅炉进行研究。 本文以某410t/h电站锅炉为研究对象,通过实地调研和数据分析,论证了SNCR/SCR联合脱硝技术在该锅炉上的适用性,并通过建立模拟模型进行了优化方案研究。 关键词:电站锅炉,常规燃料,SNCR/SCR脱硝,优化方案 Abstract: With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, high sulfur coal, high ash coal and low quality coal, which are heavily polluted fuels used in the power industry, have been gradually phased out. However, new fuels are expensive and nuclear power plants are scarce, while the resources of hydropower stations are limited. Therefore, conventional fuels still need to be used. Conventional fuels have high sulfur content, and correspondingly high emissions of SO2 in the flue gas. Directly emitting it into the atmosphere will cause serious environmental pollution. Denitrification technology is an important link in emission reduction. SNCR/SCR combined denitrification technology is widely used in power plant boilers, but its applicability and optimization plan need to be studied for different boilers. Taking a 410t/h power plant boiler as the research object, this paper demonstrates the applicability of the SNCR/SCR combined denitrification technology on the boiler through field investigation and data analysis, and studies the optimization plan by establishing a simulation model.
