数控车床卧式回转刀架的设计
摘 要
数控车床为了能在一次装夹过程中完成多个工序,缩短辅助时间,减少多次装夹所引起的加工误差,必须带有自动会转刀架。根据装刀数量的不同,自动回转刀架分为四工位、六工位及八工位等多种形式,根据安装方式的不同,自动回转刀架分为立式和卧式两种,根据机械定位方式的不同,自动回转刀架又可分为端齿盘型和三齿盘定位型等。其中端齿盘定位型换刀时刀架需抬起,换到速度慢且密封性较差,但其结构简单。三齿盘定位型又叫免抬型,其特点时换刀时刀架不用抬起,因此,换刀时速度快且密封性好,但其结构复杂。本设计对数控车床卧式回转刀架的机械和控制部分进行了设计,选用的是六工位的刀盘和三齿盘定位。

According to installs the knife quantity the difference, the automatic turret saddle divides into four locations, six locations and eight locations and so on many kinds of forms, according to installs the way the difference, the automatic turret saddle divides into vertical and the horizontal-type two kinds, according to the machinery locate modes difference, the automatic turret saddle may divide into the end tooth plate and three tooth plate localization and so on. And carries the tooth plate localization trades when the knife the tool rest to lift, trades the speed to be slow, and the leak-proof quality is bad, but its structure is simple. Three tooth plate localization calls to exempt lifts, when its characteristic trades when the knife the tool rest does not need to lift, therefore, trades time the knife and the speed the leak-proof quality is quickly good, but its structure is complex. This design has carried on the design to the numerical control lathe horizontal type turret saddles machinery and the control section, what selects is six location cutter heads and three tooth plate localization
