毕业论文 （2010届） 企业财务风险及其防范研究 摘 要 企业的财务风险一直都是企业极度关注的问题，它对企业的运营和发展有着重要的影响，如果企业不解决好自己的财务风险问题，那么后果将会很严重，企业甚至会走向破产、倒闭，所以对企业财务风险的研究具有非常深远的意义，社会的发展,企业面临的财务风险也越来越复杂。本文采用实证的研究方法，在了解企业的财务风险后，提出相应的风险防范措施。以2009年长三角地区房地产上市公司为研究样本，对企业的财务风险进行探讨并提出防范措施，实证研究表明企业面临着财务风险，我们必须从企业财务风险的成因上来分析并找出相应的防范措施，以增强企业抵御和防范风险的能力，提高企业的市场竞争力。 关键词Abstract Financial risk has been concerned to enterprises, it has an important impact on operation and development of enterprises, if enterprises do not solve their financial risk, the consequences will be serious, such as going bankrupt or closing down, it is meaningful to research financial risk of enterprise, understanding the financial risks and selecting appropriate risk prevention measures are very necessary. With the development of society, enterprises are facing more complex financial risk.
