哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 Xxxxx学士学位论文 - PAGE II - - PAGE II - 中小企业ERP项目实施风险管理 摘 要 企业资源规划(ERP)是20世纪九十年代发展起来的一个全新的企业管理系统。ERP能整合企业各项资源,使之发挥出最大效益,是新时代信息经济、知识经济发展的需要,是企业发展、提高竞争力的需要。虽然全球很多企业纷纷实施这一先进的管理信息系统以提升企业竞争力,但是ERP系统实施效果却不理想,因为在技术和管理上都存在着很大风险。因此,如何控制风险成为企业成功实施ERP项目的关键所在。ERP项目的风险存在于各个阶段,其中项目实施阶段的风险对企业的影响最大。全面地识别影响ERP项目的风险因素、准确地做出风险评估并及时地采取相应的风险控制措施,就可最大限度地降低企业ERP项目的实施风险。 论文介绍了ERP和风险管理的相关理论知识,按照相应的原则构建了ERP项目实施效果评价指标体系和模型,利用模糊综合评价法对评价指标进行定量分析。并在ERP项目风险分析评价的基础上,提出了ERP项目风险控制的步骤、策略与方法。 关键词 ERP;风险识别;风险评估;风险控制 Risk Management on the ERP Item Implement in Middle and Small Scale Enterprise Abstract Enterprise Resource Plan(ERP) is a brand new business management system which came out and developed in 90/20th century. ERP can integrate all the resources to bring the greatest benefits to the enterprise, which meets the need of information economy and knowledge economy development in new ages as well as the need of corporation development and competitive power enhancing. Although this advanced information management system has been implemented to enhance the competitive power by many enterprises, the implement effect is not obvious, because of the considerable risks ensuring the successful implementation of ERP. The ERP project risks exist in every project phase, of them, risks of implement phase can affect enterprises the most. Make risk evaluation well and duly, take corresponding control measure truly, then the ERP risks can be reduced forest. The paper introduced the correlation knowledge of ERP. According to corresponding principles, we make use of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to execute quantitative analysis on index sign, after that, based on the study of risk evaluation, it bring forward the process, strategy and methods of risk control.
