IGBT 三相逆变电源设计摘要本文设计了一种以微处理器 89C51 为核心,SPWM 控制器 SA4828 为主体的数字逆变测试电源系统。该电源采用全数字化控制,结构简单,控制灵活,为 测试电源产品的开发给出了一种全新的设计方法。智能化控制是目前国内外的一 个研究热点,本设计中控制核心采用性价比高的C51 系列单片机。采用高速度, 高性能的微处理器进行处理存储和比较,实现一些高效率的控制方法,同时实施 迅速有效的保护功能。在调制方法上采用流行的脉宽调制 SPWM,为了改善设 备的性能,提高设备的效率,采用了先进的数字化控制脉宽调制芯片SA4828 代 替原来的模拟控制脉宽调制芯片HFT-4752,SA4828 是Mite 公司生产三相SPWM 波形产生器,它可提供高质量,全数字的三相脉宽调制波形,同时为了提高驱动 与保护的快速性与准确性,采取了高性能的驱动保护芯片。在供电电路上采用 JS158,满足专为设计逆变装置而又使用 IPM 的嵌入式系统级开关电源。文中介 绍SA4828 的原理及其应用在逆变器中的软硬件设计方法。结果表明,采用了本 文设计的数字化控制的逆变测试电源可以获得稳定的电压输出,符合一台测试电 源的设计要求。数字化的测试电源最终实现了自动调节、自动检测、自动诊断和 自动保护等功能,基本实现了智能控制的要求。关键词:正弦脉宽调制(SPWM),SA4828,逆变,IGBT,89C51IIGBT 三相逆变电源设计AbstractWe design a microprocessor 89C51 as the core, SPWM controller SA4828 as the main body of the digital inverter test power source the power supply adopts the full digital control, the structure is simple,Flexible control for testing the development of power supply products.
