摘 要
利用仿真软件设计电路及其系统是电子工程师设计的主要任务之一,也是产品设计的重要环节。工程师利用仿真软件可以预知电路行为,分析电路元件和电路结构.仿真是设计和实际运用的桥梁,成功的仿真可以帮助设计者能更好的查错评估,缩短设计时间,减少设计成本,提高成功率。
本文介绍了一个利用金属箔式应变片仿真设计的一个小型称重装置。首先在Multisim中设计出应变片的仿真模型和测量电路,然后在LabVIEW中用G语言编程设计显示模块,直接显示称重值,最后把设计好的子VI导入到Multisim中以完成整个设计。本文的工作主要介绍了测量电路的原理与设计。
测量电路的原理与设计分如下五部分:模型的建立、电桥部分电路原理、放大电路原理、综合电路设计、综合电路仿真。系统的难点在于如何设计出Multisim与LabVIEW的接口电路。

Abstract
Circuit and its system designing by using simulation software is one of the main tasks for electronics engineers, it is also an important part of product designing.?Engineers can use simulation software to predict circuit behavior, analysis circuit elements and circuit structure.?Simulation is a bridge between design and practical application, the success of the simulation can help designers to evaluate troubles better and shorten designing time, reduce designing costs and improve the success rate.
This article describes a design using metal foil strain gauge for a small weighing device. Multisim to design the first simulation model and strain gauge measurement circuit, and then used G programming language to design display module in the LabVIEW, weighing the value of direct display, and finally designed the sub-VI into Multisim to complete the design.?This work introduces the theory and designing of measurement circuit.
