Abstract: Significant ifferences occur in the mass, stiffness, perio an amping ratio after a ing light-weight steel storeys on the top of the
original buil ing. It is necessary to analyze the integral structure ue to the unreliability of calculating the a ing storeys in epen ently. In this
paper, a three- imensional a ing steel storeys on top of the reinforce concrete frame structure is ma e by finite element analysis software
SAP2000. The seismic performance inclu es a ing one or two storeys light-weight steel frame on four-storey, five-storey, an six-storey by
using mo al analysis metho an response spectrum metho is analyze . In a ition, it got the seismic response features about storey-a ing of
light-weight steel structure, an it offers theoretical reference on the seismic esign of a ing storey.
