摘要
机械手是近几十年随着现代工业和科学技术的不断发展起来的一种高科技自动化生产设备,它对稳定、提高产品质量,提高生产效率,改善劳动条件和产品的快速更新换代起着十分重要的作用。机器手的应用领域逐步从汽车拓展到其它领域。在各种类型的机器人中,模拟人体手臂而构成的关节型机器人,具有结构紧凑、所占空间小、运动空间大等优点,是应用最为广泛的机器人之一。尤其在机械制造加工领域中的应用和需求越来越突出。本文参阅了大量的国内外期刊杂志,论述了机械手的发展历程、组成和分类,同时对国内外机械手的研究现状和发展趋势做了一定的了解。另外,本文还对机械手常见驱动方式做了一番分析,并预测其发展趋势。
为了使机械手更有效的使用和促进其进一步发展,本次设计的题目是压力机模锻出模机械手设计。根据现有的机械手,设计结构简单的小型机械手。本文在结构合理紧凑,满足使用性能、减少体积和重量、制造方便的前提下对其机构、工作原理和参数等进行了分析、设计和计算,以保证机械手最终设计的经济性和可靠性。同时也为机械手的发展奠定一定的基础。

Abstract
Robot is up in recent decades with the development of modern industry and science and technology, a high-tech automated production equipment, its stability, improve product quality, increase productivity, improve working conditions and product plays a very rapid upgrading important role. Robotic applications gradually expanding from cars to other areas. In all types of robots to simulate human arm constituted articulated robot , with a compact , small footprint , big sports space , etc., is one of the most widely used robots. Particular application and needs in the field of manufacturing and processing machinery and more prominent . In this paper refer a lot of domestic and international journals , discusses the development process of the robot , composition and classification , while the domestic robot research status and development trend to do a certain understanding. In addition , the paper also common for robot -driven approach to do some analysis and forecast of its development trend.
In order to make more efficient use of the robot and its further development , this design is the subject of a press die forging manipulator design .
