摘 要 伴随着我国金融体系的完善与全球金融一体化进程的进一步加快，我国商业银行面临的竞争将空前剧烈，各国商业银行的业务经营在整体上呈现出综合化和全能化的显著特征，其中品种繁多的中间业务的迅速发展与传统的资产负债业务相比，风险小、空间大、收益高，已成为世界发达国家银行收入和利润的主要来源。未来商业银行之间的竞争将逐渐由以存贷款业务为特征的传统业务领域转向以中间业务为特征的现代业务领域。发展中间业务，是商业银行自身持续经营和发展的必然选择。因而大力发展中间业务是我国商业银行的必然选择。 我国商业银行中间业务己经成为与资产负债业务并驾齐驱的商业银行三大支柱业务之一。因此研究分析商业银行中间业务发展中存在的问题、探讨商业银行中间业务创新策略对加速我国商业银行中间业务的发展具有极其重要的战略意义。 本论文拟从以下几个方面进行研究。第一章绪论，介绍该选题的目的、意义和国内外文献综述。第二章概述，介绍中间业务的定义、特点、分类及地位。第三章我国商业银行中间业务发展现状及其存在的问题。第四章案例研究。第五章分析西方商业银行中间业务发展的现状及特点，以及对我国商业银行中间业务借鉴。第六章我国商业银行中间业务的发展与创新策略。最后对全文进行总结。 关键词： 中间业务； 问题； 创新 Abstract the intermediary business, national commercial banks operating in the overall integration and all-round showing of the remarkable features, including a wide variety of intermediate business, the rapid development of the traditional business assets and liabilities compared to risk, a large space, high income, has become the worlds developed countries banks a major source of revenue and profits.
