矿用温度传感器的设计与分析-控制理论与控制工程专业论文.docx

摘要摘 摘要 摘 要 矿用温度传感器是为检测煤矿井下环境温度而研制的,它可以连续将井下温 度信号转换成标准频率信号传送给上位机,并具有实时显示温度值、超限声光报 警、频率信号输出等功能。适宜于井下需设置温度传感器的场所固定使用。 本文在分析当前国内外温度传感器概况的基础上,结合矿用温度传感器通用 技术条件的设计要求,提出总体设计方案,弗对系统的理论基础、实现方法、硬 件和软件设计等做了详细的讨论。系统选择Dsl8820作为测温传感器,以单片 微机AT89C52为中央处理单元,由温度采集电路、数字显示电路、声光报警电路、 信号输出电路等单元组成。软件设计采用模块化编程方法,软件程序的编写使用 汇编语言及K-eil c的集成开发环境,主要子程序有:主监控程序、数据测温子程 序、数据处理子程序、信号输出子程序、遥控子程序等。同时,在软硬件设计时 均采取了有效的抗干扰措旆。最后,对设计参数进行了安全性计算。 经过试验及测试证明:该系统具有可靠性高、功能强等特点,有着广阔的开 发应用前景。 关键词:温度传感器;煤矿;DSl8820;红外遥控 河南理工大学硕士学位论文Design 河南理工大学硕士学位论文 Design of the temperature sensor in mi ne ABSTRACT The miIling temperatIlre sensor is developed for mollitoring temper咖re in tlle mine.n can successively detect and change the temperature into me standard丘equency s谵nals,wmch t11en sent to me upper eqllipments.Besides,it has me劬ctions of showing me Value of t}撼temperature in real一time,giVing an alaHn by sound aⅡd light 锄d eXporting frequency si印als.n is suitable to use regIll盯ly in some places whjch need temperature sensors.
