Brief introduction of coal gasification
从煤场送来的原煤,在煤破碎系统经过破碎、筛分成粒径合格的煤粉,通过皮带运输
至煤气发生炉煤斗,由螺旋输送机送入气化炉中,气化剂(空气和水蒸气)经高温换热器
预热至720℃后进入气化炉与粉煤在950℃左右反应,反应后产生的粗煤气携带飞灰经过旋
风除尘器、高温换热器、余热锅炉进行降温,然后进入除灰系统进行除灰。气化炉产生的
炉渣经除渣系统后送往渣场。除灰后的煤气进入省煤器降温后,进入脱硫系统脱硫,脱硫
合格后的煤气经加压后送至煤气发电站。
The raw coal from coal mine is changed to pulverized coal meeting the
requirement through crushing and screening so that to be sent into gasification.
Gasifying agent (air and water) is pre-heat up to 720℃, then the coal react with
gasifying agent in gasification at 950 ℃. After reaction, raw gas and fly ash, what is
cooled and clean by cyclone dust collectors, high temperature heat exchanger and
exhaust boiler, go into ash disposal system. The slag from gasification is sent to slag
yard. The gas through the gas clean system, such as economizer and desulfurization
