第8卷 第8期 中 国安 全 生 产 科 学 技 术 V01．8No．8 2012年 8月 JournalofSafetyScienceandTechnology Aug．2012 文章编号：1673—193X(2012)一08—0218—03 工业企业职业病危害防护设施管理对策研究 贾 英 (中国中化集团公司，北京 100031) 摘 要：职业病危害防护设施是有效预防和控制职业病危害的重要方法之一，对其有效管理可以 确保职业病危害防护设施的防护效果 ，实现保护劳动者的目的。本文列出了 《中华人民共和国职 业病防治法》等法律法规对职业病危害防护设施的相关要求和规定，并对 目前工业企业职业病危 害防护设施的现状进行了阐述，分析了目前工业企业尤其是中小企业职业病危害防护设施普遍存 在的问题及其原因；针对工业企业职业病危害防护设施存在的主要问题，从思想意识、管理制度、 人员配备、防护设施设计、防护效果性能监测与评估等方面提出相应的管理对策。 关键词 ：职业病危害；防护设施；管理对策 中图分类号：X96 文献标识码：A Countermeasureresearchonthemanagementofoccupationaldisease prevention facilitiesin industrial JIAYing (SinochemGroup，Beijing100031，China) Abstract：Theoccupationaldiseasepreventionfacilitiesisoneimportantwayofeffectivepreventionandcontrolof occupationhazards，andtheeffectivemanagementoftheoccupationaldiseasepreventionfacilitiescanensurepro- tectiveeffectoftheoccupational diseasepreventionfacilities，whichachievetheaim ofprotectionofworkers．The requirementsandregulationsoftheoccupationaldiseasepreventionfacilitiesinlawsandregulations，suchas ‘Code ofOccupationalDiseasePreventionofPRC’，isintroduced，andthecurrentsituationofoccupational diseasepre— ventionfacilitiesinindustrial enterprisesespeciallyforsmallandmedium enterprisesisalsointroduced．Th euni- versalproblemsandreasonsoftheoccupational diseasepreventionfacilitiesatpresentareanalyzed．Baseonthea- nalysis，thecountermeasuresofmanagementforoccupationaldiseasepreventionfacilitiesareproposedfrom ideolo- yg ，managementsystem，personnel，facilitiesdesign，protectiveeffectofperformancemonitoringandevaluation． Keywords：occupationalhazards；preventionfacilities；countemr easureofmanagement
