波宁二中教师外出参加教研、学术活动管理规定 波宁二中教师外出参加教研、学术活动管理规定 为了规范教师外出参加教研、学术等活动管理，保障学校正常教学秩序，特作如下规定： 一、由市教研室组织的城区教研、学术活动，各教研组应根据波宁市基础教学网上通知的要求积极组织教师参加，教研组长应把参加活动的教师名单报教务处备案。 二、由市教研室等教育行政部门（包括学科教学专业委员会）组织的波宁大市教研、学术活动，根据文件或通知的要求，由教研组长提出参加活动建议人员名单，报教务处主任审批并备案。 三、由市教育局、市教研室组织的教师职称评审、教坛新秀评比、教学视导等各项活动，参评教师或者评委教师应根据通知到教务处备案。 四、由各级教育行政部门（包括学科教学专业委员会）组织的省内，大市外的教研、学术等活动，根据学校教学情况，由教研组长和教务主任提出参加活动建议人员名单，报分管校长审批，然后凭通知到教务处备案。 五、由各级教育行政部门（包括学科教学专业委员会）组织的省外的教研、学术等活动，根据学校教学情况，由教研组长和教务主任提出参加活动建议人员名单，报校长审批，然后凭通知到教务处备案。 六、非教育行政部门举办的教研、学术活动，如要求我校教师参加，则该部门的邀请书或通知应发至学校，由校长室根据情况决定或具体安排出席人员及有关事宜。 若举办部门的邀请书或通知只发到教师本人，则出席者只以个人名义参加，并且须经校长审批，然后凭邀请书或通知到教务处备案，原则上会议一切费用均由本人自理。 七、在学校同意参加活动的基础上，教研组应安排好外出教师的教学工作，教务处协调外出教师课务安排并备案，月底报学校人事室。 八、经学校批准参加教研、学术活动的教师 （一）其外出的时间作公假处理； （二）其外出往返的差旅费及津贴，按规定由学校报销。 九、学校提倡并鼓励各教研组织积极开展教研活动，认真总结教研经验，应邀外出参加教研、学术活动的教师应积极推动学校的教研活动，并在教研组中发挥积极作用。 Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
