摘 要 本论文研究了一种矿用智能开关及其综合保护装置的设计。提出了使用无触点的可控硅代替常用的有触点开关,介绍电动机保护的国内外发展动态,阐述了矿用电动机的故障特征,研究了矿用电动机的四种故障(过载、短路、断相及漏电)及其保护原理。 设计了以8051F020单片机为主控芯片的智能开关及其综合保护装置。具体进行了信号输入电路、保护驱动电路、液晶显示电路、可控硅开关控制电路、CPU系统主控电路的硬件设计。保护装置实现了对漏电、断路、过载和断相故障的实时监控和保护。本论文的重点是尝试了使用可控硅作为开关,实现了电动机良好的启动关断特性,体现了一些有触点开关不可比拟的优点。 然后进行了实验工作的介绍。首先介绍实验接线调试步骤,接着针对过载、短路、断相及漏电保护作了实验检验并得出实验结果,结果表明,此保护装置的各项功能达到了预期目标。 最后得出全文的结论,总结了使用可控硅开关的可行性,本保护装置功能及特点。 关键词:可控硅,8051单片机,综合保 ABSTRACT In this paper, what is discussed is a design of intelligence switch and it comprehensive protection equip of mineral product. It put forward using the non-contact SCR instead of the commonly used by a contact switch , Introduced domestic and foreign development tendency of electric motor protects, elaborated breakdown character of the mineral product electric motor, studied four kinds of breakdowns (Overload, Short-circuits, Breaks and Leakage) and the protection principle of mineral product electric motor. An intelligent switch and synthetic protective device, with the master chip of 8051F020 Single Chip micro-controller, is designed. The hardware of circuit, including circuits of inputting signal, protecting actuation, and LCD manifestation, switch controller, and primary dominating CPU system, is designed. The protective device accomplished real-time monitor and protection on breakdowns of short-circuit, overload, breaks and leakage. This paper will focus on the use of SCR as an attempt to switch to achieve a good motor shutdown of the launch, reflected a number of advantages compared with contacts switch.. Then work of experiments is introduced. First, we introduce the paces of debugged work of experiments, then, examine experiments of protection of overload, short-circuits, breaks and leakage, and obtains results. Experiment results show that each function of the protective device achieves the designed target. Finally, the conclusion is drought, the advantage of switch, function and character of the device is summarized, and
