城市污水处理厂污泥热值及影响因素分析.doc

摘要 以重庆市主城区城市污水处理厂污泥为研究对象,测定了污泥的热值并分析了影响污泥热值的主要因素,探讨了水分对热值利用的影响。结果表明:元素分析法和量热仪法测定的污泥热值较吻合;污水水质、排水体制、污水及污泥处理工艺通过影响污泥挥发分的含量而影响污泥热值, 建议消化污泥和合流制区域污水处理厂污泥不宜采用焚烧处理。污水处理厂污泥具有自持燃烧特性时的最高含水率为68 %;通过元素分析发现,不同污水处理厂污泥挥发分元素的计量组成基本一致,可用计量化学式CH1. 72 O0. 55 N0. 12 S0. 03 粗略地表示重庆市主城区污水处理厂污泥挥发分的组成。关键词 污水处理厂 污泥 热值 焚烧 挥发分 污泥处置 On sl udge heat val ue examinat ion and it s inf l uencing f actor s of munici pal wastewater tr eat ment plant s Chen Meng 1 ,2 , Han Dawei 1 , Ji Fangying 1 , Han Wanyu 1 ( 1. Combining t he volatile content , ash and element of sludge , factors t hat affected sludge heat value was investigated , and t hen the influence of moist ure on sludge heat value utili2 zation was also discussed. The experiment showed t hat t he result s of element analysi s and calorimeter are accordant . The sl udge volatile content examination was infl uenced by t he wastewater qualit y , drainage system , wastewater t reating process and sl udge feat ure , and t hen effected t he sl udge heat val ue. It was suggested t hat t he sludge coming f rom wastewater t reat ment plant s of combined drainage system and digested sl udge were not fit for combustion. St udy result s f urt her indicated t hat when t he sewage sl udge could be incinerated by it self , t he moi st ure should not be higher t han 68 %.
