高校人力资源管理专业课程有效性研究.pdf

摘 要 随着现代社会的竞争日趋激烈,人力资源管理者在企业中扮演着越来越重 要的角色,而随着高校人力资源管理专业的发展,大量的人力资源管理毕业生 走进企业,参与人力资源管理工作。但从企业反馈来看,大多数人力资源管理 专业毕业生在职业发展初期的胜任力并不高,这不得不让我们反思一下,目前 高校人力资源管理专业教育出现了什么问题? 本研究将高校人力资源管理专业开设的有关课程作为研究对象,对这些课 程的开设状况进行统计分析,并对开设比例相对较高的课程设计成问卷,分别 对人力资源教师、学生和企业人力资源管理者进行调查,通过对 367 个有效样 本的统计分析,我们得出如下结论:(1)学校目前所开设的人力资源管理相关 课程,与企业界对这些课程需求程度有一定的差异;(2)高校人力资源管理专 业课程设置不能满足该专业毕业生就业能力培养的需求。昀后针对人力资源管 理课程设置提出了如下几点建议:(1)转变理念,加强特色建设;(2)立足市 场,不断更新课程和调整课程体系;(3)课程的开设应考虑如何提升学生的就 业能力。 本研究针对国内人力资源管理专业课程有效性,首次对国内人力资源管理 专业课程的开设状况进行了统计分析,并根据企业人力资源管理者对这些课程 的评价,找到高校人力资源课程设置与企业需求的差异,对建设更为有效的人 力资源管理专业课程体系具有积极的参考意义。 关键词:人力资源管理;课程设置;有效性1Abstract As modern society is becoming competitive day by day, human resource managers play a more and more important role in enterprises. With the development of Human Resources Management profession in colleges, a large number of graduates of human resources management profession enter enterprises and be involved in human resources management. According to the feedback from the enterprises, most graduates of human resources management profession are not competent during the early stage of their occupation development. So we have to reflect what has happened to the education of human recourses management profession in colleges at presentIn this thesis, the courses offered by human resources management profession are set as the research object and the conditions of the courses are statistically analyzed. We designed questionnaire about the courses which account a relatively high portion of all courses. Human recourses teachers, students and human resources managers in enterprises are respectively surveyed. We analyzed 367 valid samples statistically and had the following conclusions: 1 There are some differences between courses related to the human resources management which are offered by the colleges and the enterprises’ needs of these courses; 2 Courses of the human resources profession in colleges cannot meet the need of the graduates’ job skill train
