* Forecasted Work launches the user into another selection screen which allows the user to define the Horizon of days or date range of the future work for the asset. The “Run to Life” checkbox will include those Asset Activities that are on a schedule but a classified as a Run to Life Activity. This term refers to Maintenance Strategies that may include the absence of PMs but may have a predictive fail rate. For example, we know that the hoist cable on an Overhead Crane will wear and will need to be replace. Therefore I may want to include that work in my forecasted plan and budgets. When the RUN button is selected eAM will generate the forecasted work plan. A table will display both current and future work based on the criteria defined above. The “Type” column displays whether the work is an active job or a forecasted work order. This is particularly helpful if the user is planning for a shutdown. They may want to review and generate work orders that potentially fall close to the shutdown thus optimizing downtime of the asset. Mass Complete - Allows the selection of multiple work orders to be “Completed” in a single process. If there are any mandatory quality plans or meter readings the system will not allow the use of Mass Complete. * Forecasted Work launches the user into another selection screen which allows the user to define the Horizon of days or date range of the future work for the asset.
