摘要
随着工业化进程的加快和化学工业的广泛应用,废水中有机物含量逐步上升。三氯乙烯是一种有毒有害的有机物,在破坏大气臭氧层和引起急性中毒方面具有重要作用。本文将研究以UASB工艺为基础的三氯乙烯废水处理方法,并进行运行参数的优化。
首先,通过对三氯乙烯废水的特性进行分析,确定了该废水的处理难度较大,需要采用先进的处理工艺。然后,介绍了UASB工艺的基本原理,并分析其在处理三氯乙烯废水方面的优势与不足。接着,设计实验方案,通过对不同操作参数,如HRT、COD负荷、温度等实验条件的优化,确定最佳的运行参数。
最终,通过对实验结果的分析和对经济、环境效益的综合评估,得出UASB工艺处理三氯乙烯废水的优化运行参数为:HRT为6h,COD负荷为5.5kg/m3·d,适宜温度为35℃。该结果表明,UASB工艺可以有效地降解三氯乙烯废水,具有非常高的实用价值。

Abstract
Withtheaccelerationofindustrializationandthewidespreadapplicationofchemicalindustry,theorganiccontentinwastewaterhasgraduallyincreased.Trichloroethyleneisatoxicandharmfulorganicmatter,whichplaysanimportantroleindestroyingtheatmosphericozonelayerandcausingacutepoisoning.Inthispaper,wewillstudythetrichloroethylenewastewatertreatmentmethodbasedonUASBprocess,andoptimizetheoperatingparameters.
Firstofall,throughtheanalysisofthecharacteristicsoftrichloroethylenewastewater,itisdeterminedthatthedifficultyoftreatingthiswastewaterisrelativelyhighandadvancedtreatmentprocessesneedtobeadopted.Then,thebasicprincipleofUASBprocessisintroduced,anditsadvantagesanddisadvantagesintreatingtrichloroethylenewastewaterareanalyzed.Next,theexperimentalplanisdesignedtodeterminetheoptimumoperatingparametersbyoptimizingvariousoperatingparameterssuchasHRT,CODload,temperature,etc.
Finally,throughtheanalysisoftheexperimentalresultsandthecomprehensiveevaluationofeconomicandenvironmentalbenefits,theoptimizedoperatingparametersofUASBprocessfortreatingtrichloroethylenewastewateraredeterminedtobe:HRTis6h,CODloadis5.5kg/m3·d,andsuitabletemperatureis35℃.ThisresultshowsthatUASBprocesscaneffectivelydegradetrichloroethylenewastewaterandhasveryhighpracticalvalue.
