In order to achieve better facilitates for student and services for teacher, it is necessary to keep pace with the times and accelerate network resource platform. Based on Struts 2, Spring, Hibernate (abbreviated to S2SH) frame mode and peer networks (peer-to-peer, abbreviated to P2P), the thesis aims at the establishment of the resource sharing platform for NEUQ, and then design and implement a P2P-based resource sharing networks platform for school. In the development and design process of the whole system, the first task is system requirements analysis including system feasibility analysis, business process analysis, functional analysis and use case analysis. Based on those, respectively, and centering on user and administrator roles, website functions have been designed and implemented, such as registration and login, post release, the album, the station letter, wishing wall, background management. With using MySQL to store data and S2SH and Java Web technologies through its implementation, respectively, foreground user system and background administrator system were realized, so that the entire resource sharing platform based on P2P for NEUQ can be achieved.
