FSAE大学生方程式赛车制动系统设计 盐城工学院2013届学本科生毕业设计说明书 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IV PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT III 毕业设计说明书 FSAE方程式赛车制动系统设计 专 业 汽车服务工程 学生姓名 班 级 B汽车09 学 号 091010 指导教师 完成日期 2013年6月10日 盐城工学院2013届学士毕业设计 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I FSAE方程式赛车制动系统设计 摘 要: Formula SAE学生赛车比赛是由美国车辆工程师学会于1979年创立， 2011年在中国举办第一届中国大学生方程式赛车，本次设计将依照大赛赛规进行设计。本说明书介绍了大学生方程式赛车制动的设计，首先简述了FSAE赛事，汽车制动系的设计意义、国内现在对FSAE制动的研究现状以及本次设计的目标。然后对制动系统进行方案选择，主要包括制动器油路的布置，制动方式的选择，然后通过赛车本身的一些参数对制动系统进行初步的计算设计。在得出初步的制动参数后进行制动器材的选择，再结合实际制动部件的详细参数对制动系统进行验证，同时，利用这些数据在ProE中建立模型，最后将模型导入Ansys中，对其施加载荷，模拟实际工作时受力情况，找出受力点，结合软件最终设计出符合比赛要的制动系统。 关键词：FSAE ；制动；Ansys Design of Braking System for FSAE Car Abstract: Formula SAE race was founded in 1979 by the American cars institute of Engineers. In 2011 , China held the first Formula one for Chinese college students, the design would be for design of the provisions of the Chinese calendar. This paper will introduce the FSAE events, the design of automobile brake system, the research status of FSAE brake and the aim of design. Then we will choose the scheme of brake system, mainly including layout of brake circuit, braking mode ,and then by the basic dates of car, I started to make the general design of the braking system. By caculting,I got some dates,then I would select the right components through these dates .After that I established the model in ProE. At last putting the model in ansys ,I used the software to analyse the force condition. Above all, the aim of designing the right braking system meeting the rules of FSAE would come true.
