·药事管理· 借新“医改”之机促进军队疗养院临床药学工作开展 ＊ 宫曙光 ，王晨瑜，杨学帆（南京军区杭州疗养院，杭州市 310007） 中图分类号 R95 文献标识码 C 文章编号 1001-0408（2011）21-1926-03 摘 要 目的：探索借助新“医改”的契机促进军队疗养院临床药学工作的开展。方法：通过分析军队疗养院临床药学工作开展的 现状及存在的问题，探讨新“医改”下军队疗养院临床药学工作开展的途径。结果：军队疗养院利用现有资源可以开展健康教育、 处方点评、药事服务费等临床药学工作；建立健全药品供应保障体系；建立共享的医药卫生信息系统；整合建立临床药学室和增加 设备可促进相关工作开展。结论：军队疗养院应该精细地制定出与新“医改”方案相符的临床药学工作制度和操作流程，确保军队 疗养员合理用药。 关键词 新“医改”；军队疗养院；临床药学；合理用药 Development of Clinical Pharmacy in Military Sanatoriums by the Opportunity of New “Medical Reform” GONG Shu-guang ，WANG Chen-yu ，YANG Xue-fan （Hangzhou Sanatorium of Nanjing Military Region ，Hang- zhou 310007，China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To develop clinical pharmacy in military sanatoriums by the opportunity of New “Medical Reform”. METHODS ：The status quo and problems of clinical pharmacy in military sanatoriums were analyzed. The development approach of clinical pharmacy in military sanatoriums under New “Medical Reform”was explored. RESULTS ：The existing resources of mili- tary sanatoriums could be applied to develop health education ，prescription review ，pharmaceutical care ，etc. The drug supply sup- port system was established and improved. The resources of medical and health system could be shared. The establishment of clini- cal pharmacy room and the introduction of relevant equipments could improve the development of work affair. CONCLUSIONS ： Military sanatoriums should formulate the work system and operation flow of clinical pharmacy which is in accordance with New “Medical Reform”in detail so as to ensure the rational drug use of convalescents.
