Sample: I first met Stephen in the primary school. We had to sit next to each other in the same two-person desk for the whole first year. We were both seven. When we went home after school, we found that we lived in the same street. We both had dogs, so we enjoyed taking them for walks together—the dogs seemed to enjoy it, too. We went to the park with the dogs almost every night. Sometimes we played football with other friends, or sometimes we went fishing in the lake. There are many things we enjoyed doing. The friendship continued until we both moved to the same junior high school, but in the last two years of senior high we started to grow apart, as Stephen wanted to study sciences and I wanted to do English. We were in different classes, made different friends, and although we often saw each other, and sometimes met outside school, we were never as close as we had been for those ten years.
