镇涉农收费自查情况汇报 20012）94号文件精神，为为了全面认真贯彻省四委办《《关于深入治理涉农乱收费的的通知》精神，我镇组织对涉涉农收费情况及农民负担进行行了自查，并选取了农民建房房、义务教育等情况，现将有有关情况汇报如下： 1、农农村义务教育阶段收费情况 2010年春季学期期起，薄本费小学每生每学期期10元，初中每生每学期220元，代收费项目是为新华华书店代收教辅材料：每学期期小学：60-70元；中学学：初一270元，初二3008元，初三400元。小学学没有补课现象，也不存在收收取补课费情况。 2、农民民建房情况 5元的工本费现在也没有有收取。 4、计生收费情况况 5、婚姻登登记收费 6、生猪屠宰 3.5元，代收收地税屠宰税每头49元，没没有别的搭车收费。 7、农农业用水 12寸泵管每小时120元元，二级站每小时200元。。14寸泵管每小时140元元。均低于全市平均价格。 8、农机服务 综上所述，我镇农民负担工作作由于层层狠抓落实，没有乱乱收费现象，去年我们在各村村设立了农民负担“意见箱””，又配备了三名农民负担义义务监督员，总体形势是好的的，虽然我镇“减负”工作取取得初步成效，但是农民“减减负”工作仍然存在许多不足足。因此我们要始终把治理乱乱收费，控制农民负担作为一一项长期的工作来抓，把变相相加重农民负担的行和不合理理收费消除在萌芽状态。 industrialization, industrial characteristics, contribute to ecological environmental protection.
