硕士学位论文 传媒类实验室信息化建设的设计与实践 摘要 随着信息技术的迅猛发展以及高校信息化进程的不断推进,高校作为培养现代化建设人才的摇篮和科学研究的先导,无疑应当成为信息开发、利用、交流、共享的基地[1]。实验室作为高校教学、科研和科技成果转换的基地,是锻炼学生动手能力、培养学生开拓创新精神的重要场所。如何借助不断发展的信息技术、网络技术设计一套科学可用的实验室管理系统,将人员、设备、实验教学等有机的结合起来,最大限度的提高实验室的管理效率与效益,实现实验资源共享、实验室信息化管理,意义重大。 本文以浙大城市学院传媒分院实验室为例,分析传媒类实验室自身的特点以及现状不足,探索传媒类实验室如何真正实现有效的信息化管理,设计了一套完整的信息化系统,并且就其中的设备信息管理模块做出一点自己的实践。 关键词: 传媒实验室,信息化建设,管理 Abstract With the rapid development of information technology, as well as continuously pushing the process of informationization in universities, universities as cradles of cultivating talents in modernization construction and pilots of scientific researches, which undoubtedly should be the base for the development, use, exchange and sharing of information. The laboratory as the base of university teaching, scientific research, and science and technology achievement transformation, which is an important place in building up students manipulative ability and training students develop innovation spirit. It is significant to design a scientific and available laboratory management system with constantly development of information technology, and network technology to organically combine the personnel, devices and experimental teaching, to farthest improve the management efficiency and benefit of laboratory, and to implement experimental resources shared and laboratory information management. The thesis takes the laboratory of Zhejiang University City College Media School as an example, analyzes the characteristics of media laboratory, as well as some problems of it. It also explores how media laboratory develop a truly effective information management, equipment information management module to make some of its own practice.
