摘 要
设计了一个以STC89C52单片机为控制核心的测距控制器,能够利用超声波传感器测量物体距离障碍物的距离,并能够通过串口传送给上位机,能够语音播报提示信息;同时设计了一个基于LabWindows的上层监控软件,能够实时显示距离值和视频图像。
首先介绍了控制器的硬件方案和软件方案,然后介绍了语音录放电路、超声波检测电路和串口通信电路等硬件电路的设计过程;详细的介绍了下位机主程序、超声波测距程序、语音播报程序、串口通信程序等的设计。简单介绍了利用LabWindows软件进行监控软件的前面板、图形化编程、摄像头和串口通信C程序的设计。并简单介绍了系统硬件和软件的调试过程。实验结果表明:设计的超声波测距控制器能够准确测量,并能够和上位机实现通信。利用LabWindows设计的监控界面具有显示直观、操作方便等优点,此外LabWindows具有丰富的库函数,处理视频图像十分方便。

Briefly introduced the use of LabWindows software monitoring software front panel, graphical programming, camera and serial communication C program design. And introduces the system hardware and software debugging process. The experimental results show that : the design of ultrasonic ranging controller can be accurately measured, and can realize communication with computer.
