平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗血管瘤的应用与研究的开题报告

【摘要】

本研究旨在探讨平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗血管瘤的应用。采用系统性文献综述法，收集2010年至2021年8月国内外相关研究文献，对纳入的文献进行质量评价和数据分析。

结果显示，平阳霉素和地塞米松均具有一定的抗血管瘤作用。前者可以抑制血管生成，后者可以减少血管通透性。联合使用可以协同作用，提高治疗效果，并减少不良反应的发生率。在临床实践中，平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗血管瘤已经得到广泛应用，且取得了良好的治疗效果。

因此，本研究结果表明平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗血管瘤是一种有效的治疗手段，对于进一步推广临床应用具有重要意义。

【Abstract】

Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheapplicationofpaeoniflorincombinedwithdexamethasoneinthetreatmentofhemangioma.SystematicliteraturereviewmethodwasadoptedtocollectrelatedresearchliteraturebothdomesticallyandinternationallyfromJanuary2010toAugust2021.Qualityevaluationanddataanalysiswereconductedfortheincludedliterature.

Theresultsshowedthatbothpaeoniflorinanddexamethasonehavecertainanti-hemangiomaeffects.Theformercaninhibitangiogenesis,whilethelattercanreducevascularpermeability.Thecombinationofthetwocansynergisticallyimprovethetreatmenteffectandreducetheincidenceofadversereactions.Inclinicalpractice,thecombinationofpaeoniflorinanddexamethasonehasbeenwidelyusedandachievedgoodtherapeuticeffectsinthetreatmentofhemangioma.

Therefore,theresultsofthisstudyindicatethatthecombinationofpaeoniflorinanddexamethasoneisaneffectivetreatmentmethod,anditisofgreatsignificanceforfurtherpromotingitsclinicalapplication.
