建筑项目暖通工程质量控制与管理

摘 要 当下人们生活水平逐步提高的过程中，各种类型的建筑项目对暖通工程设计与施工都提出了全新的要求。

但因为建筑类型较多，使用对象和功能各有不同，在暖通工程施工中需考虑这些特殊性。行业内针对建筑项目暖通

工程施工陆续出台了一系列技术标准，实际的工作中需严格执行行业规范，加强暖通工程施工的质量控制，构建完

善的暖通工程施工技术体系。基于此，本文从医院建筑项目暖通工程的设计难点着手，分析了暖通工程中的质量控

制措施，对实际工作具有指导价值。

AbstractIntheprocessofthegradualimprovementofpeople’slivingstandardsatpresent,varioustypesofbuilding

projectshaveputforwardnewrequirementsforHVACengineeringdesignandconstruction.However,becausethereare

manybuildingtypes,theuseobjectsandfunctionsaredifferent,theseparticularitiesneedtobeconsideredintheconstruction

ofHVACengineering.TheindustryhasissuedaseriesoftechnicalstandardsfortheconstructionofHVACengineeringof

buildingprojects,anditisnecessaryintheactualworktostrictlyimplementtheindustrystandards,strengthenthequality

controlofHVACengineeringconstruction,andbuildaperfectHVACengineeringconstructiontechnicalsystem.Basedon

thiscondition,thispaperstartsfromthedesigndifficultiesofHVACengineeringinhospitalbuildingprojects,analyzesthe

qualitycontrolmeasuresinHVACengineering,whichhasguidingvalueforpracticalwork.
