As one of comprehensive environmental schools among the universities and colleges in China, SENR enjoys a wide variety of teaching and research fields. 环境学院下设六个硕士点，即公共管理（环境经济方向）硕士点、环境科学硕士点、食品科学硕士点、企业管理硕士点、生态学硕士点和自然资源管理硕士点。 School of Environment and Natural Resources consists of six Master Degree Center (MDC), namely MDC of Public Management (Environmental Economics Division), MDC of Environmental Science, MDC of Food Science, MDC of Business Management, MDC of Ecology and MDC of Natural Resources Management. I am in charge of MDC of Food Science as well as director of Academic Board of Department of Food Science. 食品科学是以现代科学、技术与工程为基础，以食品生产、加工、包装、贮藏、流通、消费、环保等为其主要研究内容，以食品卫生、营养、感官品质等食品质量及其变化、维护、检验、评价等为研究中心，并与现代管理科学、人文科学、市场营销等学科有密切的联系，现代食品科学已发展为一门跨学科的综合性科学。 Based on modern science, technique and engineering and focusing on food quality of food hygiene, nutrition, sensory assessment and the change, maintenance, inspection, evaluation of them, Food Science is mainly about processing, packaging, storage, distribution, consumption and environmental protection. Food Science is closed related to modern management science, literae humaniores, marketing and so on. In a word, modern Food Science has become a comprehensive science. 中
