辽宁石油化工大学毕业设计(论文)用纸 PAGE 4 PAGE 1 腈纶化工污水处理厂改扩建工程 ——生物流化床处理设计 辽宁石油化工大学,环境与生物工程学院、环境工程专业 摘 要 生物流化床工艺是一项污水处理新技术。它是采用相对密度大于1的细小惰性颗粒为载体,使微生物生长于载体表面形成生物膜,以达到处理废水的作用。本设计采用生物流化床。该污水处理厂平均处理水量为6000m3/d,最大处理水量为21720m3/d。污水进水水质为BOD为 125mg/L,COD为370mg/L,SS为200mg/L;出水达到国家二级排放标准,即:BOD5≤60mg/L,COD≤100mg/L,SS≤100 污水处理主要构筑物各部分尺寸及工艺参数为:格栅采用中格栅2座,其长、宽、高分别为:2.46m、1.13m、0.73m,采用机械清渣;细格栅2座,其长、宽、高分别为:2.55m、1.3m、0.8m,采用机械清渣;沉砂池采用曝气式沉砂池2座,按两格并联设计,沉砂池长度为7.14m,宽度为2.1m,总高度为2.85m;初沉池采用4座竖流式初沉池, 沉淀池的直径为1.33m,总高度为7.13m;生物流化床,床层截面积为24m2,总高度为3.2m;二沉池采用2座辐流式二次沉淀池,每座沉淀池的直径为13m,总高度为4.71m;污水采用二氧化氯消毒,消毒接触池的长、宽、高分别为:52m,1.2m,2.95 m。 关键词:生物流化床,污水处理,工艺流程,工艺参数,工艺设计 Acrylic Chemical Sewage Treatment Site Local Rebuild Engineering ????????????——Biological Fluidized Bed Design GUO Heng-yu (Liaoning shihua university, Environmental and Biological Engineering Institute of Environmental Engineering 0721,113001,Fushun) ABSTRACT Biological fluidized bed process is a new sewage disposal technology. It is a relative density greater than 1 small inert particles as the carrier, so that microorganism growth on the surface carriers forming biofilm in order to achieve the role of wastewater treatment.biological fluidized bed process is adopted in this design. The average amount of wastewater treatment works is 41000m3/d. The maxi amount is 50000m3/d. The quality of wastewater is 150mg/L for BOD, COD for 375mg/L, SS for 200mg/L; the quality of the effluence is: BOD The measurement in every parts of main structures of municipal wastewater and technics parameter are: grid adopts two set of central grid, the length, width, height is 2.46m,1.13m and 0.73m, respectively,adopting mechanical to clear the dreg. Fine grid has two sets, whose length, width, height is 2.55m,1.3m and 0.8m, respectively, adopting mechanical to clear the dreg. Desilting basin adopts two-set parallel aeration desilting basin,whose length , width , height is 7.14m, 2.1m and 2.85m, respective. Primary sedimentation tank adopts four-set
