浅析财务预算及应用 班级：会计1002 学号：12 姓名：谭建明 指导教师：陈玉新 摘要财务预算是现代企业研究的主要内容之一，在企业的经营和发展中起着至关重要的作用，也是企业战略目标顺利实现的重要保障。企业通过科学、合理的财务预算，能够有效规避风险、增加企业利润、提升自身的综合竞争能力。本文阐述了财务预算在企业中发挥的重要作用，并以此为切入点，主要从我国企业财务预算管理的现状入手，着重分析了我国财务预算管理中存在的诸多不足，并提出了相应的，突出了财务预算的工作内涵，具有一定的现实意义。　关键词：财务预算控制考核财务编制财务运用 Abstract Financial budget is one of the main contents of the modern enterprise, plays a vital role in the operation and development of enterprises, but also an important guarantee for the enterprise strategic target realization. The enterprise through science, reasonable financial budget, can effectively avoid risks, increase profits, improve the competitive ability of their own.
