天然橡胶/桑蚕丝丝素蛋白抗菌复合材料的制备、结构与性能的开题报告
【摘要】
天然橡胶/桑蚕丝丝素蛋白抗菌复合材料具有广泛的应用前景,但其制备、结构与性能的探究仍然不够充分。本文旨在利用天然橡胶和桑蚕丝丝素蛋白为基质构建抗菌复合材料,并分析其结构和性能。
首先,分别采用甲醇和正己烷对天然橡胶进行表面活化处理,使其成为更好的基质。然后,利用嵌段共聚物天然橡胶-聚丙烯酸丁酯和天然橡胶接枝聚乙烯醇作为交联剂,将桑蚕丝丝素蛋白复配入天然橡胶基质中,制备抗菌复合材料。
接下来,采用扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射等技术对制备的抗菌复合材料进行结构表征。结果显示,桑蚕丝丝素蛋白成功地被复配入天然橡胶基质中,并且复合材料具有较好的抗菌性能。
最后,对制备的抗菌复合材料进行力学性能测试和抗菌性能测试。结果表明,天然橡胶/桑蚕丝丝素蛋白抗菌复合材料具有优异的力学性能和较好的抗菌性能,具有很好的应用前景。

【Abstract】
Natural rubber/silk sericin protein antibacterial composite materials have broad application prospects, but their preparation, structure and properties are still not fully explored. This study aims to use natural rubber and silk sericin protein as matrix to construct antibacterial composite materials and analyze their structure and properties.
Firstly, methanol and n-hexane were used to activate the surface of natural rubber, making it a better matrix. Then, natural rubber-polybutyl acrylate and natural rubber-grafted polyvinyl alcohol were used as cross-linking agents to incorporate silk sericin protein into the natural rubber matrix to prepare antibacterial composite materials.
Next, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and other technologies were used to characterize the prepared antibacterial composite materials. The results showed that silk sericin protein was successfully incorporated into the natural rubber matrix, and the composite materials had good antibacterial properties.
Finally, the mechanical properties and antibacterial properties of the prepared antibacterial composite materials were tested. The results showed that natural rubber/silk sericin protein antibacterial composite materials had excellent mechanical properties and good antibacterial properties, and had good application prospects.
