精品论文 参考文献 经导管动脉栓塞术治疗妇产科急症出血临床探讨 王永容 　　1.四川省成都市锦江区妇幼保健院 四川成都 610041；2.四川省成都市锦江妇产科医院 四川成都 610041 　　摘要：目的：研究经导管动脉栓塞术治疗妇产科急症出血的临床效果。方法：选取我院2012年1月-2014年1月间诊治的妇产科急症出血患者70例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各35例，对观察组患者进行经导管动脉栓塞术治疗，对对照组患者进行髂内动脉结扎术治疗，对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患者在手术时间、止血时间、术中出血量及总有效率方面均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：经导管动脉栓塞术治疗妇产科急症出血患者不仅可以明显缩短手术时间、止血时间和术中出血量，而且还能提高临床总有效率，值得临床推广使用。 　　关键词：经导管动脉栓塞术；髂内动脉结扎术；妇产科急症出血；手术时间 　　Abstract：objective：to study the transcatheter arterial embolization for treatment of acute hemorrhage of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods：from January 2012 to January 2012 between the diagnosis and treatment of acute hemorrhage patients，70 cases of obstetrics and gynecology，which were randomly divided into observation group and control group，35 cases of observation group of patients with transcatheter arterial embolization，the control group in patients with iliac artery ligation treatment，compared to observe clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results：the observation group of patients in the operation time，bleeding time，intraoperative blood loss and the total effective rate were better than that in control group，the difference is statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：transcatheter arterial embolization in patients with acute hemorrhage of obstetrics and gynecology not only can obviously shorten the operation time，bleeding time and intraoperative blood loss，but also can improve the clinical total effective rate，worthy of clinical use. 　　Key words：transcatheter arterial embolization；In the iliac artery ligation；Obstetrics and gynecology acute hemorrhage；The operation time 　　本文主要选取我院妇产科急症出血患者为研究对象，对比分析经导管动脉栓塞术与髂内动脉结扎术的不同效果，现将研究结果报道如下。 　　1、临床资料及方法 　　1.1一般资料 　　选取我院2012年1月-2014年1月间诊治的妇产科急症出血患者70例，其年龄分布于20-51岁，平均年龄（33.17plusmn;5.63）岁；出血量为900-3750mL，平均（1546.79plusmn;446.08）mL；出血原因包括12例人工流产、15例阴道分娩、17例子宫肌瘤手术、26例剖宫产手术。将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例，两组患者在年龄、出血量、出血原因等一般资料方面的差异较小，无统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有可比性。 　　1.2方法 　　对观察组患者进行经导管动脉栓塞术治疗，具体如下：首先采用Seldinger技术穿刺患者右股动脉，待其
