摘 要
随着经济的飞速发展,危险货物的流通与运输日益频繁,需求量与运输量逐年增 加,危险品运输引起的事故频繁发生,对人民生命和财产造成了巨大损失。因此,建 立一个完善、高效的实时监控系统来对危险品运输进行安全控制,是一项急迫且有效 的工作。
针对上述出现的现实问题,本文将物联网技术运用于危险品运输过程之中,研究 对于危险品运输整个过程的实时监控和营运管理,使整个运输过程可视化、易掌控, 做到及时发现和消除隐患,保证危险品运输过程安全、高效。
本文对危险品运输事故原因分析的基础上,确定了导致事故发生的各类因素,从 而对主要的影响因素进行重点监测和控制,并结合物联网技术建立监控系统模型,确 定了系统主要由车载平台、实时监控中心和通信网络三部分构成。运用概要设计和详 细设计的方法,结合系统具体的功能需求,将各部分划分为各个子模块,分别对状态 感知网络、网络节点、车载终端主控芯片等部分进行了硬件设计和软件设计。采用多 传感器数据采集的方法,对数据的处理采用加权的数据融合算法进行了优化,提高了 系统的准确性和可靠性,最后优化了报警部分的功能,设计了 GSM 短信息报警子系 统,提高了报警系统的工作效率和准确性,并对其进行了 Proteus 仿真测试,经验证其 能够提高报警的效果,达到了预期的目标,系统工作性能良好。

Abstract
With the rapid economic development, distribution and transport of dangerous goods become more frequent, demand and transportation volume increase year by year, and accidents caused by the transport of dangerous goods occur frequently on peoples lives and property caused huge losses. Therefore, the establishment of a perfect and efficient real-time monitoring system for security control of the transport of dangerous goods is an urgent and effective work.
In response to these emerging realities, this article will apply the IoT technology to transport process of dangerous goods, and research of transport of dangerous goods for the entire research the real-time monitoring and operational management of the entire transport process, making it visual and easy to control, so that timely detection and elimination risks, to ensure the transport of dangerous goods safely and efficiently.
