超超临界主汽温控制系统分析 ———————————————————————————————— 作者: ———————————————————————————————— 日期: 毕 业 设 计(论文) 题 目:超超临界机组主汽温控制系统分析 院 系 自动化系 专业班级 自动化0903班 学生姓名 白晶栋 指导教师 王晓燕 二〇一三年六月 超超临界机组主汽温控制系统分析 摘要 21世纪以来,我国电力工业正迈向以高效、节能、环保的能源利用和环境并重的可持续开展为战略目标的开展阶段,其重要的标志是超超临界机组正在飞速开展。超超临界发电技术的开展可以创造新的经济增长点,是我国电力工业可持续开展的战略选择。而主汽温控制又直接关系到机组的平安经济运行,因此本课题开展了超超临界机组主汽温控制系统的特性及其控制策略研究。火力发电厂汽温控制是一个研究了多年的问题,随着系统的普及运用,串级控制策略已经成为经典而被广泛采用。 本文分析了超超临界机组汽温对象的特点以及控制上的难点,以某实际超超临界机组为例,对其主汽温控制系统进展分析。最后通过对一、二级过热汽温系统sama图的分析,进一步加深了对主汽温控制系统的了解。 关键字:超超临界机组;主汽温控制;动静态特性;一、二级过热器减温水 ANALYSIS OF ULTRA-SUPERCRITICAL MAIN STEAM TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM Abstract Since the 21 century,china’s electric power industry is moving towards an efficient,energy-saving,environmentrol protection,energy utilization and the environment both sustainable development for the strategic target of development stage,its important mark of ultra superitical unit is growing.The ultra supercritical power generation technology’s can create new economic points,it is the strategic choice of sustainable development of china’s power industry,it is the innovation of economic.And the main steam temperature control is directly related to the safe and economic operation of generating units.Therefore,features of the main steam temperature control system and the main temperature control strategy of the ultra supercritical units is studied in this paper.The steam temperature control strategy has been studied for years.Along with the widely application of DCS system,the cascade PID control model has been widely adopted as a classical strategy. This paper analyzes the ultra-supercritical unit steam temperature characteristics of the object as well as the difficulty of control, ultra-supercritical units in a practical example, its main steam temperature control system for analysis.
