电动自行车智能充电器设计 摘 要:本课题综合应用所学的电路、电子技术、模拟电子线路的理论知识,深入学习及实践操作,提出并设计出一种智能控制电路。通过对充电器的充电及工作原理的分析和电路的设计,并实际调试,来加强对开关电源产品的认知和接受,在研究电动自行车的基础上,通过认真调查铅酸蓄电池充电注意事项,电动车用铅酸蓄电池充电过程和充电曲线,综合运用开关电源技术,开发了一款基于UC3842和LM358的智能充电器,该充电器能够对蓄电池进行很好的监测与控制,从而在达到快速充电的同时又能够有效的对蓄电池起到保护作用。充电过程分涓流充电、快速充电、均充电、浮充电四个部分。主电源部分采用光电耦器PC817控制集成芯片UC3842中误差放大器的输入误差电压,实现稳压充电。恒流电路实现对锂电池恒流充电。该方案不仅可实现快速充电,同时可以减少析气,消除硫化,进行均衡充电,从而大大地延长了铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命。 Design of Intelligent Electric Bicycle Charger Student majoring in mechatronic engineering Tutor Abstract:The circuit, electronic technology, analog electronic circuit theory knowledge comprehensive application of the theory, in-depth study and practice, put forward and design of an intelligent control circuit. The constant current circuit of constant current charging lithium batteries. The scheme not only can realize the fast charge, also can reduce the gas evolution, eliminate sulfide, balanced charge, thereby greatly prolonging the service life of the lead-acid battery.
